In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission, Norwex is voluntarily recalling the Rubber Broom because the broom can break in half and expose a metal inner rim, posing a laceration hazard to the user. Norwex is providing affected Customers with a full retail value refund.

The Rubber Broom was sold between January and June of 2019. If you own a Norwex Rubber Broom—and have not yet received an email from Norwex regarding this voluntary recall—please discontinue use immediately, and contact: 1-833-882-5569 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., CDT, Mon.-Fri., or Sat. from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., CDT.
